What has your attention?

In Luke 10:38–42, Martha is doing something good—she is serving Jesus. But somewhere along the way, her service becomes a distraction. Her attention shifts from Jesus, to everything that needs to be done, to what Mary isn't doing, and eventually to what she thinks Jesus should do about it.

Her story reminds us that we can be busy for Jesus and still miss being with Jesus.
